About

We built Palcron because we genuinely enjoy solving business problems.

Three of the Palcron team together in the office.

Over the years, we've found ourselves drawn to the same kind of work:

  • Understanding how a business works.
  • Finding what isn't working.
  • And figuring out how to make it work better.

One side of our experience comes from running and improving operations

understanding how work moves through a business, where processes break, where teams lose time, and how better systems can create more capacity.

The other comes from building technology

designing products, infrastructure and systems that turn complex requirements into something that actually works.

That combination led to a simple observation:

Most businesses don't have a technology problem.

They have processes that have evolved over time - with manual work, disconnected systems, unnecessary steps and decisions that still depend on people.

At the same time, technology has become capable of solving much more of this than ever before.

That's where we see the opportunity.

A process mapped out on a whiteboard, boxes and arrows in black and red.

Palcron brings business problem-solving and technology together to find where the greatest leverage exists - then build the system to capture it.

We don't start with:

What can AI do?

We start with:

What could work better?

And then work backwards to the simplest solution that can make it happen.

That's what keeps us building Palcron.

  • We like solving hard business problems.

  • We like making complex operations simpler.

  • And we like seeing a system actually change how a business works.

Have an operational problem worth solving?

Bring us the process that's expensive, slow, manual or difficult to scale. We'll spend 30 minutes understanding it and telling you - honestly - whether AI or automation can meaningfully improve it.
